Meet Wil

With over three decades of automotive experience, Wil is a driving force behind Car City Inc.’s growth and success. Since beginning his career in 1992, Wil has owned four dealerships and managed six others, representing respected brands such as Ford, Chevrolet, and Mitsubishi. His leadership and deep understanding of the industry bring invaluable expertise to our team and ensure we continue to raise the bar for customer care and dealership excellence.

Wil’s knowledge extends far beyond the showroom. Fluent in Spanish and familiar with Ukrainian and Russian, he connects with customers from many different backgrounds, making the car-buying experience welcoming and inclusive.

Outside of work, Wil enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs. He’s an avid golfer and a true foodie, always exploring the wide variety of cuisines Chicagoland has to offer.

Nicko - Sales

Meet Nicko

Though new to the automotive industry, Nicko brings a unique blend of education, global experience, and cultural insight to the Car City Inc. team. A graduate of Ashford University with a degree in English Rhetoric, Nicko is a gifted communicator who speaks seven languages fluently, including Korean, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, German, and French. His ability to connect across cultures makes him an invaluable asset to our diverse customer base.

Nicko’s life has been shaped by a military upbringing that allowed him to travel the world and experience life from many perspectives. Beyond the showroom, he is a disciple of The Arising Church, a published author of two books with a third in progress, and someone who draws daily inspiration from his favorite Bible verse, 1 Kings 20:11 — “One who puts on his armor should not boast like one who takes it off.”

Passionate, disciplined, and committed to growth, Nicko represents the next generation of customer care at Car City.

Michael - Sales

Meet Michael “Mikey”

Michael , known to many as Mikey, joined the automotive industry in May 2025 and has quickly become an important part of the Car City Inc. sales team. What began with his parents purchasing two vehicles from us turned into a career path, as Mikey discovered his passion for sales and helping customers find the right fit.

A former college baseball player, Mikey made the tough decision to hang up his cleats after an injury — but his competitive spirit and drive to succeed carried over seamlessly into his professional life. A natural people person, he’s known for his friendly approach, quick learning, and commitment to working through challenges to deliver the best outcome for every customer.

Mikey is currently pursuing his associate’s degree at Harper College with plans to transfer to Kansas State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on all his favorite Chicago sports teams.

Dedicated to growth and excited about the future, Mikey looks forward to building a long career in sales and continuing to serve the Car City community with energy, passion, and professionalism.

Alan - Sales

Meet Alan

Alan may be one of the newest faces in the automotive industry, having started his career in 2024, but he has quickly made an impact at Car City Inc. Known for his friendly personality and great sense of humor, Alan brings energy and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.

Fluent in Russian and Ukrainian, Alan is able to connect with a wide range of clients, helping them feel welcome and understood throughout the buying process. Outside of the dealership, Alan is passionate about fitness — working out seven days a week — and is a dedicated basketball fanatic.

Alan is also a creative at heart. In his free time, he enjoys writing songs, blending his love for music with his strong work ethic. Currently, Alan is pursuing his associate’s degree at Harper College with plans to transfer to Kansas State University to further his education.

At Car City, Alan combines professionalism, friendliness, and passion, making him a trusted resource for customers and a valued member of our growing team.

Fabian - General Manager

Meet Fabian

Fabian has been part of the automotive industry since 2002, when he began his career as a receptionist at a Cadillac dealership in Delavan, WI. From those early days, he developed a deep understanding of dealership operations and a passion for serving customers. Over the years, Fabian has gained experience in sales, finance, and, for the past four years, has excelled as a General Manager.

In 2009, Fabian attended the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, majoring in Science and Spanish. He has also completed specialized courses in financing and auto dealership management, further strengthening his expertise in building successful teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Fabian is passionate about creating an everlasting experience with every client he meets. He believes in listening more and talking less — a philosophy that helps him uncover customer needs, resolve concerns, and build trust.

Outside of the dealership, Fabian enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Chicagoland’s food scene, and focusing on personal growth and development.

At Car City, Fabian’s leadership, vision, and customer-first approach play a key role in shaping the dealership’s culture of honesty, service, and community.
