I don’t look forward to buying a used car, but at Car City I came as close to enjoying the purchase of a used vehicle as is possible for me. Mike took the time to discuss options and considerations on the purchase decision. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the entire transaction experience. I live about six hours away, but will check here first the next time I am in the market for a used car.

I’ve been car shopping for at least three weeks, and one of the reasons I struggled to settle on a vehicle was the overall experience with some dealerships and salespeople. In several cases, I was left with an uneasy feeling, as if transparency and honesty were lacking.The moment I arrived at CarCity, it felt different. I appreciated the smaller dealership atmosphere because I wasn’t pressured or hounded by a salesperson.Now, let’s talk about Mike. I can’t say enough good things about him! He was easygoing, genuine, and upfront about all the details and fees. Working with someone so honest made the decision much easier. I never felt like he was trying to sell me a car just to earn a commission. Instead, I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle.Mike clearly has a passion for both his job and the people he works with. This was my first time purchasing a used vehicle and I gotta say I am very impressed with this dealership they take pride in the vehicles they sell, mike k. Was the gentleman that helped me through the process and let's just say he is great at what he does! Made sure I was happy with the purchase and everything entailed let me go on a test drive throughly check out the vehicle and even took it to get a pre inspection of you are stopping into pickup a vehicle make sure to speak with Mike! Good job guys if I need another vehicle soon I will be back. 👍

I purchased a 2007 Lexus RX here and had a great experience. Denys efficiently walked us through the process and patiently answered all of our questions. We were given plenty of time to try out this car and had no trouble completing the sale. I would definitely do business with them again when needed 👍

They were very helpful in all aspects to find me what vehicle I was looking for. Salesperson was not pushing for the sale of the car, rather giving us the choices we had with our budget. I was very satisfied with the price that we paid.

Great buying experience. Just purchased my 2022 honda accord and Jesus was really helpful and made everything accommodating for me and my wife. Definitely will recommend!
